About Atrium Lofts
Welcome to the brand new Atrium Lofts. Many of the apartments will have entrances directly to the exterior, views of the river valley and all will have high ceilings and exposed steel and wood original materials with otherwise new finishes and appliances. Beautiful apartments with convenient location!
July 25, 2024I rented at the Atrium Lofts for a year. I was new to the area so the location was fantastic. The Riverwalk being so close was such a bonus feature of this building. The apartments are clean filled with natural light and very spacious. My apartment had a view of the river and the sunsets were stunning! Joe was an amazing landlord who made himself available when needed, he was never short of a wave or a quick conversation when working in his office or visiting the building. Historic and Beautiful Property!
August 25, 2022Huge love of the loft style, the building has an amazing historic tie, and newly renovated. The location is great, close to downtown, but still on the outskirts. Alot of up and coming buildings and renovations in the area.
