Hello! >Posted this in search of a roommate for my April 1st apartment move in date: two bedroom, one bath located in Augusta Manor at 6190 Guilford Ave just half a block from Broad Ripple Ave. It is a hidden gem, never advertised and always full. Privacy a plus with only 8 units in the building, and safe environment for family and friends to hang out. I lived in the building once previously, the owner of the building is a friend, and there's always a waiting list for this location given the proximity and low price. >Apt is located on the top floor of a two story building, 2 minute walk to Kroger. Approx 1,000 sq ft, full kitchen, two bed (both approximately 12x13), one bath, large living room + area for a desk/dinette. Hard wood floors, and lots of light. Washer/dryer available in the building for use, private parking off the street, and community area with picnic table and grill. Pets not aloud, but lots of dogs in the area great for dog lovers. I can furnish, and/or work with you on things...very laid back, flexible. >Rent is $400 each (utilities paid by building owner less electricity and cable/internet)+security deposit. The value of this location is not reflected in the price, it is a steal for quality of the building, tenants, and location of course. >Male or female is fine - preferably 22-28 years old but not a deal breaker. Timing is key, and looking for April 1st (flexible on that week) for the move-in when the unit becomes available. I am a young professional male, work from home in finance but travel some, also own a condo at the Reserve at Broad Ripple which I have leased out (looking to move back at some point). Socially active/out for drinks/dinner, non smoker, go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and available to help you move. Private, clean, respectful, and can cook.
