About Autumn Hills Apartments
Welcome to Autumn Hills Apartments, managed by SNS Management. Our community features 180 units with 1 and 2-bedroom floor plans for comfortable living. Each apartment is designed with vinyl wood-look flooring, carpeted bedrooms, balcony/walk-out patio, upgraded kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Near I-275, shops, restaurants, and businesses, enjoy easy access to essentials. Community amenities include card-operated laundry facilities in each building. Residents are responsible for electric and a fixed monthly fee for water/sewer. Fixed Water Rates: 1 Bedroom - $40 2 Bedroom - $55 Autumn Hills is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older.
