Renters Reviews and Ratings
Convenient location, good features
September 27, 2017We've lived here for over a year. The location is great, yes, it's not close to the hudson river but then again, the rents here are a lot lower than what you would find in an apartment building that is close to the river. Transportation is excellent, there is a bus stop right outside the door that takes you into jersey city or NYC. Noise can be an issue for any apartments facing the sides or toward Kennedy Blvd so watch out for those units if you're a light sleeper, there is a lot of traffic ...on that street. Gym is nice and clean, bare bones with a few treadmills and select weight equipment but empty most of the time which is great since you'll never have a problem with grabbing a machine. The only gripes are that they charge for everything, you pay for water, which is an inflated water bill as compared to what you would be paying if you had a single family house paying directly to the water company, pets are extra, you have to pay an 'amenity' fee plus renewals go up a lot, 10 percent. Good things are they don't charge you to move in or move out, their deposits are relatively low and the building is clean overall so yes, I would recommend this place if it meets your needs. The maintenance crew is very good, you submit a request online and they respond to service requests very quickly, I haven't not had them come within 24 hours so that is a good feature. If you're looking for a vibrant downtown or beautiful area to live in, you should probably go somewhere else but again, you'll be paying more for that, here you can find more square footage in an apartment plus a less than 5 year old building for less than what you find in some other new construction buildings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Has everything that I need
September 23, 2015Good to have underground parking, elevators, and convenient stores on the lobby level. I like that the leasing office has been able to contact me when I need it, maintenance comes and fixes any problems that I have. Nice little gym, clean apartment building.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Apartments.
August 21, 2015I havent even been there yet but it looks astounding. Maybe one day I can have an apartment there.Review from Apartments.com
Great apt, average location
July 20, 2015Everything is pretty great except there is no pool and the location is sub par. We are so close to the hudson river but still so far. A few good retail spots below us but no starbucks. No dog run either, a dog area yes, but no fenced area for them to be off leash. A good start, but nothing like the ones on river road.Review from Apartments.com
