March 10, 2025The onboarding process was awesome and we were hopeful the entire experience would reflect that. Since we moved in, we haven’t been able to get in touch with the office, we’ve have left messages with no return call, never got a checklist for the apartment, and have had multiple issues with various things in the apartment. January 20, 2025Manager of this property will lure you in with promises so you sign a lease. After that you will be overcharged for water bill. At any time to schedule anything to be done in your unit you won't receive a reasonable time frame and most of the time they won't show up or notify you that they can't make it. At the end of each year of lease renewal they will try to raise your rent by approximately $300 per month. These buildings are old and are falling apart. Gate almost never works but you will get ...emails every few months stating that it will be fixed soon. People don't clean after their dogs and when you submit a complaint they will send a response that it was done but they never clean it up. They have a "trash butler" that they will make you pay for it but they will make you keep that trash bin (which is pretty much a regular trash can and only fits 1 trash bag) inside of your unit because of rodents.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2024My husband I have been living at Avana for 7 months. We have enjoyed living here so much. The office staff are very kind and I consistently receive emails from the property manager which is great for me. The communication that we receive from the property manager, staff and maintenance is the best and I appreciate that they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are in the know. The grounds are maintained very well as well as the breezeways. Having valet trash is a lifesaver as I have a 4 ...month old and can’t always run out to the dumpster. Thank you for going above and beyond for the residents! This is the best complex I have ever stayed at.Property Manager Responded

This is a great place to stay, that’s clean, cares about the community, involves residents with its activities, and always willing to help. Cassandra and Faith have been great management to the residents here and treat residents with the up most respect and professionalism. It’s a clean and safe community. The maintenance team have always been very responsive in residents concerns and issues and very efficient. ...Management has offered many different activities from pool aerobics, yoga exercise, and food truck vendors to show their support to residents.
