February 6, 2023I’ve only been here a few months and I have had packages stolen, laundry stolen, the elevators only work about half of the time and are years out of service with expired license of operation. And these all seem to be reoccurring issues for many other tenants with no actions being taken by management. Not to mention an absolutely filthy laundry room, hallways, and poor waste management. No compost as they say, recycling bin is always full of garbage and furniture is regularly dumped outside the ...building. The one good thing about this place is it’s pet policy. This could be a great building to live in if only it were properly managed and maintained.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I Wish I Had Reconsidered
May 6, 2020If you're a light sleeper and want to avoid noise pollution I don't recommend living here. It is next to the freeway which keeps me up at night and wakes me up around 4am sometimes even wearing earplugs. The washers tend to be always in use so it takes a long time to do laundry since you might be using one at a time and they are quite small. I am not sure how often they are clean and it really grosses me out. The only thing I really like is that is next to the Stanford campus where I take walks ...daily and enjoy the greenery there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Elevators and extra Charges
January 1, 2019Concrete Walls are nice as they keep out the noise and there is an package locker (Free as for now) - Elevators are out every few days and have trapt me several times. -Extracharges are extreme, the charge for everything (Parking, Hot water, trash Storage etc.) Utility charges alone run up to 200$ , storage is about 50$ First Parking Spot 20-100$ Thanks to the Pet friendly thing expect to find lots of pet hairs and in the laundry machines, and poop and pee in common places.Review from Apartments.com
Sonya
December 12, 2018Dirty units, building, hallways Elevators are out of service almost all the time during our 1 year stay Swimming pool was out of service for the whole spring/summer time Moved in a very dirty apartment (e.g. long hair in washing machine, dirt on windows and wall corners left for many years) and they asked us to paint walls, shampoo carpets, windows, ... for move out. Had to freeze during the winter because the heater was so old with very loud noise and we could barely tolerate the noise even for ...a minute. Unknown people (not residents) enter the apartment and stay during the night which make the building very unsafeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Care free living
August 10, 2015This place is so accommodating to all my needs. I have a dog and he feels so happy here, anytime I need something or it needs to be fixed this place jumps at the opportunity to help.Review from Apartments.com
