March 17, 2020I applied and was approved to rent in November 2019. I paid the $45 application fee upon application and was charged a $100 security deposit fee upon approval. When I decided to live somewhere else and withdrew my application, without ever signing a lease or moving in, they refunded the $100 fee to my credit card. Within a couple weeks of the refund they contacted me by mail and phone attempting to have me pay that $100 fee again. They could give me no explanation for the refund or the recharge ...so I refused to pay without further explanation. I discussed this issue multiple times with the billing and other offices and was told they didn't know why this had happened, they would find out and get back to me. They never got back to me. In February Axcess 15 sent this $100 fee to COLLECTIONS where if I refused to pay it would be reported to the credit bureau and effect my credit score. If Acess 15 had been able to give me an explanation as to why the refund/recharge had happened I would have paid but they never could, instead they decided they would mess up my credit for $100. They're an awful company with terrible customer service practices, and I can only imagine that extends to people who actually go live in their buildings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great location great management
March 1, 2020I lived here for just over 2 years, MG Properties bought the place and continued the tradition of great management. Matt at the front desk is professional and very attentive. Transportation is very close by and very convenient, the parking garage is great and well secured as well. Overall I recommend Axcess 15!Review from Apartments.com
Worst experience
January 26, 2019Just touring Axcess 15 was a horrible experience and the leasing agent (David?) was incredibly rude. Never had such a bad experience *trying* to rent an apartment. Based on that guy's attitude, I would give 0 stars if I could.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointment
November 28, 2018I was so happy when I moved in last year. Sadly, the office staff has changed and the new manager is a horrible person. She treated me like I was a nuisance and was condescending. Ugh. Oh, the place always smells like a frat house.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
April 11, 2018This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and look at the options in the surrounding area and you will find that you can get a much much much much much much much nicer place for the same amount of money or cheaper. The staff is completely disorganized and will cause you a constant pain. The construction of the units are cheap. The apartment complex is overrun by the Phagan's students smoking and carrying on as someone else mentioned. I can also attest that it is a regular occurance to see ...smashed windows on the cars on the street. I mean this list could go on forever. Don't take my word for it. Very Sketchy
March 28, 2018I loved this place when I first moved in - it didn't take long for the honeymoon phase to end, though. Incredibly expensive apartments for what you get. Our cars were broken in to multiple times (in the "secure" garage), office staff failed to document which storage unit they had us in and threw out some of our belongings, homeless people break in constantly, and we were repeatedly harassed by one of our neighbors. After moving out we got a bill for replacing the carpet that was only 2 years old ...and had normal wear and tear. I have never been so happy to be out of a living situation in my life. Only saving grace was that the staff are nice and there's a lot in the neighborhood that you can walk to. Overall: avoid this place.Property Manager Responded

Seriously Disappointed Tennant
August 27, 2017I am not exaggerating and would be happy to discuss with anyone even considering moving here to save them the troubles I have had as unfortunately a current resident: Disorganized Front Office: - Was told I was all paid up for my security deposit and first month, then 6 days after moving in while I was at a business conference out of town and having to duck away from Customers to take a call that they messed up and I actually owe another $500 and then it took over a half hour for them to explain ...and actually figure the exact amount out. - Had to Leave work when I get a call from the front desk that there was a break in and robbery from the Maintenance office and they think my car was too and wanted me to come down to let Police take prints, only to find out my car was not broken into but got to take an afternoon off work. Safety: - Your Cars will be broken into(happened to me multiple times), which is impressive seeing there is barely enough space for cars to fit in their lot that they "do not own or take responsibility for" - There is a gate to the parking garage but anyone can come in due to the pack of at least 50 Phagan smokers constantly till after 10pm right by it letting people in and out propping it open, doesnt matter the time of day your car will get broken into - No functioning afterhours numbers even during times of emergencies, but lots of numbers for you to call and find out security is not provided here any longer(found that the hard way) - My Upstairs neighbor fired a GUN into the floor directly above my bed, and despite that risk of my safety the Leasing office had to point me to someone in Chicago unfamiliar with Oregon State Renter Law in order to tell me I am crazy for feeling unsafe and wont allow me to leave. <- true story and only Waterton employee I could get to talk to me was on their Chat now feature for interested in moving in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
