      I had a wonderful living experience at Azul! While I did have a few minor issues with the A/C and refrigerator, both were quickly resolved, and I appreciated how responsive the staff was. The team at Azul is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable. One thing I really loved was the way they organize events that bring the community together—it's a great way to meet neighbors and stay connected. The amenities were top-notch and provided plenty ...
      of entertainment when needed. The entire complex was consistently clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Azul for anyone looking for a great apartment community.

    • Charge for absolutely everything!

      Beware of this apt complex and management company that charges unfairly for usage of water even when you are away, cost is spread between units regardless. The add on charges really add up and they charge extra for common electricity, gas and everything.

      STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this complex. We have had nothing but maintenance issues since we have moved in. New management purchased the property and customer service went entirely down the drain. The lack of communication, professionalism, and urgency is evident in the emails and phone calls that have been made multiple times. I do not recommend this complex to anyone! We had to stay in a hotel multiple nights due to the A/C being broken, and living in ...
      Florida, while pregnant, with an infant it is a necessity! On top of the AC being broken, we have had flooding, bug issues, broken garbage disposal, our refrigerator dispenses HOT water to drink, we were without a washer for days, the spigot fell off the bathtub wall.. so much more! If it isn’t evident, I do not recommend this place!

      Olea is a beautiful community to be a part of. The buildings are gorgeous and clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. We absolutely love the location as well! Amenities are 24/7 and maintained perfectly. We love it here so far!

      People smoke cigarettes, Marijuana, and other bad smelling stuff, though the lease forbids it. Noisy people and dogs.

      The best surprise is being surrounded by nature. The environment inside and outside is amazing. Lots of bird life and amazing sunsets and sun rises. The lifestyle concept is well needed and appreciated in Brevard. The sense of community is visible. The apartments are very bright, cheery and well thought out. The staff and residents are very friendly. This place has great positive energy.
