DONT MOVE IN YOU'LL REGRET IT
November 28, 2017They don't fix the units as promised. They go into your units without giving you notice. The maintenance worker does incorrect work. As well as management. Lack of communication is by far the worst I've experienced. Pool are only open from 10:00 am- 6:00 pm even during summer. I mean who does this Balboa Pointe apartments does. i have so much more to say but i wont waste my time. Trust me not worth it. So glad We moved out last month. It was the best decision we made.Review from Apartments.com
Dont do it!
September 5, 2017This building has water shut offs constantly,roaches,and is very slow at fixing problems in your apartment.they keep raising the rent yet refuse to upgrade yours or the building itself. Wouldn't recommendReview from Apartments.com
