Ball Park Apartments is a six-story independent living community for residents 55 years and older. Within the 55 and older qualifications, there are also units specifically set-aside for special needs: developmentally delayed, physically handicapped and homeless individuals. Income restrictions apply. This apartment community provides one and two bedroom homes with wooden cabinetry, water-saving fixtures, and energy efficient appliances. Residents will enjoy a first-floor lounge, a community room, exercise room, computer centers, free internet in each apartment, and free wi-fi in the lobby and community room.
