This hidden gem of a community has everything you need, all within walking distance, plus the friendliest staff, best amenities and a whole host of regular community events! The property is beautifully landscaped with tree lined streets and easy access to Big Dry Creek Trail and tons of open space parks. My apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view, lots of light and fresh air. The entire staff is friendly and super responsive to ...

    At this rate, I cannot in good conscious recommend Bell Bradburn. The maintenance delays alone the steady incremental increase in rent month- over- month is not something to promote.

    When we first moved in we had issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Now it seems like it takes weeks for a response or a fix. Not a happy resident at all.
