September 4, 2024Me and my partner have lived here for almost 2 years. We have had a problem with leaking from our A/C since the first year into the next. They have sent people out to check, change the A/C but still to no avail, it wasn't fixed. So, I asked for a new apartment, and I was told that I can't get one. We have water damage on some of our furniture, puddles of water are always on the floor, and I have two big holes in my walls (one in the bedroom and one in the hallway). The apartment is starting to ...smell like mold. I went today to speak with them at the front office, and I will admit I was a little heated because I've been dealing with this forever. She told me that they will send someone over with a new machine to fix everything and if they couldn't fix it then I could get a new place. So instead, I flat out asked for another apartment. Worst apartments!
August 17, 2023Please do not waste your time on these apartments unless you like roaches, flies gnats basically everything except bed bugs (so far). We literally have to throw out dang near everything because roaches crawled into everything possible. Management and maintenance is very rude and fixes nothing!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Management
December 19, 2019This has got to be the most horrific experience I have ever been in my entire life. The management takes up for who they want they also try to evict people for reasons that aren't even in the lease agreement. Maintenance is very poor they hire people that never get the job done. Since I have been here my ceiling still hasn't gotten fixed on top of my potty is about to fall through my floor . The neighbors are disgusting and run drug deals bout twice a week with their regular drug dealer. To much ...traffic going in and out . They have people with more pets living out here than the required limit and it says two pet limit per apartment in lease.
