    I love my stand alone apartment, it’s quiet and luxurious. I feel like there can be a bit more communication, like when the complex has food trucks, we often find out after I already prepared dinner…so I rarely get to order from them. Also, when the complex first opened up, I feel like there were activities for the residents to be able to create a community but I feel like now the attention is just focused on opening up the many Birdsongs and paying less attention to the current residents. This ...

    Very well run community! Any problems are corrected immediately by friendly knowledgeable staff. I am about to renew for another 15 months. Parking is not a problem and very handy for getting in and out of town.

    I love the apartment. The space is perfect. The leasing agents and maintenance team are very friendly. However, I was disappointed that there is a distinct dog smell in the apartment. The carpets looked clean but I would have appreciated a steam cleaning and pet treatment before I moved in.

    We have lived here for 2 years and it’s been a wonderful experience. It’s such a unique complex in an ideal location. It’s like having a little townhome with the perks and amenities of an apartment.

    I have been a resident for over two years. I have experienced the most helpful staff that I have ever encountered in apartment living. Maintenance staff are always very responsive in answering and dealing with request directed to them. I highly recommend Birdshong Leon Springs to anyone looking for a quite, peaceful and professional place to call home.

    My experience at Birdsong Apartments in the last 6 months has been excellent. Whenever I have a question for the office, they are there to provide answers. Whenever I need a little maintenance, that is prompt too. Friends that have visited my place have really been impressed with the townhouse apartments. I look forward to continue living here.
