Good value, good area, maintenance is backlogged
January 13, 2022I've lived here a few years now and actually rather like living here. It's a good location next to a couple schools and fire departments, so very safe. The local restaurants are very walkable and good quality for the prices they charge. I live alone and while there tend to be a few outstanding maintenance issues at any time, any real emergencies get handled in a couple days. Annoyances do take longer, sometimes a few weeks for the maintenance team to get around, but they are on site ...consistently, working down their backlog.
