December 13, 2024This place isn’t bad, the only downsides are the water being shut off like once or twice a week, but only to a few different buildings every week, most of the time the laundry areas are included so there’s hardly any time to get your laundry done if you don’t have one in your unit already. They just added speed bumps by the gates, personally I thought it was better without them but oh well. Other than that it’s a very chill spot. October 14, 2024Quiet neighbors, helpful maintenance, and nightly trash pickup are all great features of this community. The laundry concierge is also a nice touch. The staff does a good job of communicating updates via email. The gated community is a great security feature, although it is sometimes not functional. It is unfortunate that you have to pay for a package locker box monthly even if you never use it. It is also frustrating that you often get opted into paid services that you have to call and opt out ...of to avoid additional fees, such as credit reporting for rent. The water is often shut off temporarily for building maintenance repairs, which can be inconvenient. The buildings are old but they are trying to renovate. The electric bills can be insane due to lack of insulation and high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
