October 6, 2025I’ve been living here for several months and overall the experience has been good. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores and main roads, and the area feels generally safe. Maintenance requests are handled within a reasonable time, though communication could sometimes be clearer. and the rent has slightly increased this year, but that seems common everywhere. September 14, 2025Coming to the USA for the first time was a big step, and I'm so glad I chose Broadstone Medical as my first home. It’s a huge relief to live in a secure, gated community. The apartments are fantastic—I love the modern kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and the beautiful wood-style floors. It makes my space feel very comfortable and nice. A huge convenience is the package locker system. As an international student, I do a lot of online shopping, so knowing my deliveries are safe is a big ...deal. The maintenance team is also amazing; they fix things super fast and are always professional.
