March 4, 2024for the price its honestly a okay place to live, other than the sketchy people outside the 7eleven, but management is the reason for this low review. I moved out the week after thanksgiving and still have not received my moveout statement or the remainder of my deposit. they told me they mailed out a check second week of December, they re-issued a check last week of december, now they're telling me they need to issue another check because they dont know where that one went. I called today and the ...lady told me I would get a check next week. at this point I think they are lying to me. December 5, 2023I’ve only been here a few months but I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my sister and I to embark on our living-alone-for-the-first-time experience. If you aren’t good with noises of city life, I wouldn’t recommend it but I enjoy it thoroughly because I’ve always wanted to live somewhere like that.
