Not worth it
May 19, 2021Rats in the apartment building every year. The AC units break every summer. Space and size of the apartment is around 650 sqft for the 2br, not 800 like it is listed. Dog poop everywhere. Most apartments have unfinished floors too.. I would look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
April 30, 2022Thank you for renewing with us. All central AC units are newer 14 SEER efficiency units that work very well. Our square footages are accurate per the assessor calculations, and our sealed concrete floors are one of our selling points! We are sorry that you had a pest issue, but it was resolved quickly.

Tremendous Value

121 Broadway
October 11, 2015This renovated unit is in a small community, which is a plus. Another plus is washer and dryer in unit. The living and dining area is quirky if you want to have a dining table. Parking is 1 spot per unit. There is no guest parking on site. The units are spacious. The 2 bedroom floor plan only has one bathroom, which can get tough when getting ready in the morning.Review from Apartments.com
small community, huge apartment
October 11, 2015I have lived here since July. The apartments are all renovated with concrete floors and the original brick walls. The good: washer/dryer in unit. The design is very sleek and modern. The bedrooms are huge. The bad: no dishwashers and two bedrooms only have one bathroom. The living / dining area is quirky so creating a place for a dining table can be challenging. The brick walls make the units hot. Parking is tight. Guest have to find parking in neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
