This place is full of bed bugs and roaches!!!!
February 4, 2020Infested with roaches and bed bugs we contacted property management and they sent a pest control out and said we have to pay for the treatment because they can’t determine that they were here before us, we moved in last week and so many roaches this place is a joke!!!!! My kids getting bitten by bugs all night. It’s ridiculous don’t come here unless you like roaches and bed bugs!!!Property Manager Responded
February 11, 2020We are very sorry to hear of your experience with our community. We strive for excellence at our communities so seeing this review is a huge shock. Travel is widely recognized as the most common cause of bed bug infestations. Often unbeknownst to the traveler, bed bugs will hitchhike on people, clothing, luggage, or other personal belongings and be accidentally transported to other properties. Bed bugs are extremely proficient at going unnoticed by humans. Now days bed bugs is a huge issue and during our makeready process we ensure our units are pest free. And when we deliver an apartment normal procedure for bed bugs is after 48 hours resident is responsible for treatment. We give you 48 hours to fully inspect the apartment after move in and immediately report any issues to us. Upon move in all residents sign a bed bug addendum to ensure they understand this process. We are sorry to hear about the issue and we're even more sorry that you feel this way about our community. We strive ...for excellence and unfortunately some things are out of our control but will definitely work hard to remedy the situation.
