October 26, 2024The facilities are decently nice but consistently having some problem or another with the water fountain not working for a few days at the gym and various repairs needing to be taken care of including a leaky sink which was not fixed for 2 days. Additionally, there are multiple pet owners who have repeatedly let their dogs outside without a leash despite multiple conversations with them to leash their dogs. September 27, 2024While the overall experience is “luxury” due to the high ceilings, open concept, and extra details such as leather granite and fireplaces, the build is cheap and was done kind of poorly. The pool is small, the dog park is small, and it seems that the entire community was thrown together in a rush rather than being well thought out. In my opinion, these are not worth their price point at all. The only amenity that turned out functional, was the gym and that’s not saying much.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2024Feels like home already. Quiet, beautiful, and clean. Danielle and team have been great. Minor move in issues but nothing big. Application to move in process was simple and stress free. Can’t imagine ever wanting to move again…so happy to be here.Property Manager Responded
