July 30, 2024Overall, my experience at Cadence has been great. I've lived here for almost 7 years. The noise is something you deal with being right next to 277 and the train if you're on that side of the building. Staff over the past 1-2 years especially has been awesome. I'd say just be more on residents to pick up after their dogs. Seeing the poop gets aggravating. If you're looking for a good deal on a place, like the Music Factory, access to Uptown/interstate, I'd highly consider living here.Property Manager Responded
