The apartment is nice and spacious, and the leasing manager was able to get me a wonderful deal. They were also very transparent about additional prices, and the staff is overall very sweet. January 17, 2022When we moved in we were not told about extra fees or fetch. I have had nothing but issues with fetch and I have one email where they stated that they didn't have the resources to deliver packages. What a joke.... We are forced to pay for a delivery service that doesn't know how to do their only job. We were told the rent was a certain amount and pet rent. That was it. No, there are alot of extras on there that are hundreds of dollars more so it was a huge surprise the second month in. We also ...had an emergency where the apartment next to us flooded and the water came into our side and the worker didn't seem to know what to do and no follow up. There's something growing out of the wall at the floorboard to the connecting unit. Overall I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.Property Manager Responded
