  • This place is terrible!!

    The same thing happened to me as the person that submitted their review below, I was a great tenant and left the apartment in great shape. I lived ther for 2 1/2 years, after I moved they kept my deposit and also charged me almost extra. Don't rent from this place because they always keep your deposit.

  • Management is terrible!

    I lived in these apartments for 5 and 1/2 years and was always a quality tenant. I put down a $700 deposit when I moved in and not only did management refuse to return a dime to me, they actually had the nerve to send me a $430 bill and threaten to take me to court if this wasn't paid. I left this apartment in good shape and never caused any problems for these people and this is how they repay their quality tenants? Their excuse for the $430 bill was for replacement of mini blinds, paint, carpet, ...
    and cleaning fee. All of these items would have had to have been replaced in any apartment after being occupied for 5 1/2 years. They let anyone move into these apartments. I dealt with drug dealers as well loud obnoxious neighbors and they rarely tend to these types of problems and when they do it takes forever. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to call home!
