Through the Historic Tax Credit (HTC) program, three former warehouses were transformed to become the live/work rental community that Carleton Artist Lofts is today. Aging but decent warehouse Reno, awful office staff
December 20, 2023This renovation is over 15 years old and it shows. They do a decent job maintaining the buildings but there are lots of issues with the cheap construction. Neighbors are great. Office does not support tenants as residents or as artists, and are rude and unhelpful. For the money you can do much better.Review from Apartments.com
