July 21, 2017I do not like to complain but I am tired of this We lived in Castlewood Apartments for 8 years. We moved out Dec 30, 2016. We received our security deposit soon after. I deposited the check into our account and THEIR check bounced. We have been trying to get our money back since January. It is now July and they still have not done the correct thing by giving us our money back. We were hit with a ton of fees because THEIR check bounced.Review from Apartments.com
The best apartment complex in the area
August 15, 2015Castle wood apartments is the best place to live. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, landscaping stays maintained, the buildings are structural safe, the many trees give us decent shade, and it is overall a very welcoming place. If you have an issue with maintenance, if you put in a request they always come promptly to fix the issue. The rent is affordable. It is a safe place, no convicts are allowed to live in the neighborhood. The interior of the apartment is all upgraded, new appliances, ...new carpets, and hardfloors. You get more than what you pay for here, it is an ideal family place. The playground, basketball court,and pool are always inviting. This is a perfect place for families. Neighbors are quiet.
