Rundown and disgusting!
August 22, 2020This is the most disgusting place I've ever lived at! The hall carpets and walls are filthy. The elevator always has spilled liquids and trash, the entrance gate is normally broken, other gates broken and do not lock, laundry room is disgusting and stinks with sitting water on the floor, broken washers and dryers for months, outdated appliances in units, linoleum floors stained and cracked, cockroaches. Planters filled with trash. Homeless hangout at night. Always a crazy person yelling outside. ...This place has zero maintenance and a deadbeat property manager.
