    I have some fantastic neighbors and others not so fantastic or sanitary with their trash and the trash chute, garbage goes down the chute not near it or in front of it.... Other than that issue ,it's really been pleasant staying here...

    Great job im very happy with the grounds they look great and maintenance department came right out to fix my issues including the hvac room in one day very happy that didn’t have go another night with the hvac door wide open they came the next day and secured the door.

    I have been in this apartment for 4 years. They renovated downstairs apartment and I changed my apartment. In my new apartment, I started experiencing mold. I contacted the office. In few days, they told me they won't renew my lease.

    I'm very upset that they leased me a unit and it wasn't ready.......I've notified the office and Noone has been out. I'm not staying in this apartment like this

    It has been a great place to live for the time being. There is a small bug problem in my apartment but besides that I haven’t had any issues.

    Only lived here for a short time but appreciated the location and the quiet. The parking for none reserved parking is limited which is the one downfall.
