  • Sent me a bill over $800 for new carpet

    We paid a pet deposit and monthly pet fee. After we moved out we received a bill for $800 for new carpet and padding. They stayed our 5lb dog peed up the carpet. This was not true and since I have heard they have done this to several pet owners. Stay away or you will leave owing so much more. The bill was originally over $1000 but after they deducted our half of the deposit it brought it down. Rediculous. Now I have sent them a payment in November and December and they have not cashed ...

  • No return of security deposit

    March 10, 2021
    My lease stated that security deposits would be returned within 30 days of move-out. I still have not received my deposit back nearly 60 days later. I have contacted the office multiple times, and have been given several excuses. I was told that the contractor bills hadn't come in, that they were moving to a new payment system, that it was sent to corporate, etc.

    I agree with the person who says the management is awful! I have been trying to look at Cedar Springs for 2 days! Have called, left messages repeatedly!! Even sent inquiries on a couple of websites. NO RESPONSE!!! I tried yesterday, Friday afternoon from 1-4 pm... I agree if they don't care anymore about customer service & renting the property, wonder how it will be after you move in!!! They have deterred me before I even got on the property!! Going down the street where the office staff was ...

  • Management staff stinks!!

    First of all, the complex itself is beautiful and maintained well!! But the management staff does not provide good customer service!! They are rude- lazy - not courteous!!! I would NOT recommend this property to anyone!! The first impressions for me decide how things would be after renting an apartment!! Nasty nasty nasty!!

  • Best Apartments in the area

    My wife and I have been to a few different apartments in the greater Louisville area, and this was the second apartment complex we lived in here. This was the best complex we had seen over all of our searching. It's a really popular place too as there is always a waiting list. The wait is well worth it though. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and affordable. The community is quiet and friendly. The management is very friendly and willing to help and accommodate. We struggled to find ...
    a good place too as we have two large dogs, and this was one of the few places we could find that would work with us and deal with our dogs. We put in a suggestion that they should build a dog park on the premise, and if they added that, there would be no downside to this complex at all. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Most of the time when we called for a work order, they said someone would be out the next day, but he always made time to stop by and help the same day. The one and only complaint I had during the time I was here was that over the winter season, the pool was not drained. I don't know the underlying reasons behind this, but it sat stagnant all winter and by spring time it looked like a disgusting swamp you would find in the everglades. They did clean it up nicely for the summer, but I had that picture ingrained in my head. Aside from that, I have no bad things to say about the place. Neighbors were great, quiet, and friendly.

  • I like it here :)

    I like living here! It's pretty quiet and I have never had a problem. Some of the appliances are a little out dated but work perfectly fine. Maintenance is quick and friendly if you do have a problem. Club house is nice and the pool is well maintained. Over all its a pretty nice place to live and close to everything!
