December 9, 2024Excellent customer service. Monique is very caring and get her job done in a timely manner. The property is very clean and safe. Management always engage with the residents by doing different activities every month. Monique always there to assist you with any concerns and get what ever resolved in a timely manner. Monique always go above and beyond. Maintenance orders are completed on time. Neighborhood is very safe security on-site. Never noisy in daytime or nighttime. Nothing about this complex is passable
September 12, 2020Fire extinguishers are expired Trash everywhere Maintenance enters your unit when you’re not home and leaves no note. This was verified to me by the bug sprayer So many bugs. Centipedes, cockroaches, flies Noise problems every night Rusted telephone boxes hanging open with wires exposed. This is near where kids play Management staff pretends problems are a “surprise” then doesn’t help So many things were broken when we moved in They did not clean up the unit after the supposed remodel. ...Everyone loves moving into a dirty, dusty apartmentProperty Manager Responded

Terrible
July 8, 2019The only good thing about this place is one of the managers Chelsea. The maintenance ignores my emergency calls and NEVER calls back, they are slow to doing any request and I mean by weeks or never. Any time I have requested to have carpet cleaned upon lease renewal it never happens and then I get told time is passed and I have to wait another year. Maintenance and the other manager act like you’re a bother and smirk at me all the time if I make a complaint. I complained about my neighbors four ...times now and get laughed off or told maintenance fixed whatever it was but yet they truly didn’t. The amount of money I pay to be here is beyond NOT worth it. April 18, 2018I have lived here for over ten years,but since venturra left ,this property has arrogant staff I have never seen,when you call for maintenance they see you as a bother .they make decisions based on emotions and how you approach them as a tenant ,not professional leasing staff. Now managed by Priderock, No more a good place to live in
June 22, 2017This was a very good place to live in previously when managed by Venterra Living. Kelly, Sarah and Vivian were very helpful and friendly. They were quick in responding to emails/calls. The agents of the new management Priderock, are totally unethical, unprofessional. Don't expect any smile or greeting when you enter the leasing office. No one is going to offer you a seat.
