September 12, 2025People for the most part are very helpful and very nice. Some residents leave a lot of trash all over though and seem a little bit lazy, especially by the compactor. But otherwise everybody seems welcoming and very nice.Review from Apartments.com

May 23, 2025The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff was very helpful and made the process so smooth, from when we first walked in the building all staff was helpful and Positive. Parking is a DISASTER
May 14, 2025You’re not in a prime location that’s near anything, but parking here is crazy.There are not enough parking spots for tenants. Everyone parks without a sticker and only some get towed. The towing company is $500 btw. I would stay far away.Review from Apartments.com

September 12, 2024My apartment is great, I have my place set up like it’s a rock and roll museum. It’s clean and organized, unlike the outside of the apartment. Without exaggerating, literally the entire complex is either disgusting, somewhat broke, and bug infestations. If you think this place is “great” all around, then it must be sunshine and rainbows because it looks awful. The only pros of this place is my apartment and the pool for the most part. I’ve only lived here for almost a year and I learned a lot ...from this place. There’s no lack of improvement for the issues I stated. You pay a lot of money to live in a place that looks like it was raided by pigpen from Charlie Brown. Thats how bad it is and no I’m not exaggerating or being overdramatic but that’s what the outside feels like. No effort to maintain cleanliness outside my apartment at all. I can write a book about how much this place lacks things. Long story short, mostly everything SUCKS!!!Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2024Do not recommend this complex. Maybe if they went down in rent and you’re actually paying for what you get. We are paying more than what this complex is worth. I feel unsafe living here.
