Horrible Do Not Move Here
April 1, 2024Ive dealt with mice and roaches outta this world. the management is rude and talk crazy to you they dont take their job serious.! my a/c has been out for a month and i have a 3yr old and nobody seems to think that is important!!! when i walked into the office to address the situation staff was sitting with legs crossed no even caring or wabting to acknowledge the situation.Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here
July 28, 2023Where do I start? The cockroaches? The black mold? The mice? The rude property manager Lauryn that talks down to you. She’s nice in the beginning but that changes. She has done a lot to the outside to make it look good but the inside is a whole other story. Absolutely horrible. Instead of fixing ac she puts small window units in skyrocketing your electric bill. Put in work orders and then says they’re completed and never came on multiple occasions. Plain put poor management in the office.Review from Apartments.com

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
May 9, 2022I have been living here for a year. We currently have at least 20 tenants without A/C, owners refused to get units fixed. Instead they shoved these cheap A/C units with boards over the windows, costing tenants 3X more in electric than running their built in A/Cs. Nothing ever gets fixed, none of the parking lot lights work, or have worked for months, and every single balcony is literally rotted out just waiting to fall down.Review from Apartments.com
Backed up toilet ruined all my belongings
December 1, 2021I informed the apartment complex of the leak about 6 times on Oct 22 I told them it was really bad and to come look. The maintenance man laughed and they all went home for the holiday. They left me in a flooded apartment from backed up toilet water. It ruined my bed and all my belongings. No AC, No heat. Rent credited on wrong Apt.
June 1, 2020This place is burning. They won’t fix your heat nor AC. Managers applied my rent to the wrong account and still haven’t fixed it so it looks bad on my rental history which I will fight. I can’t even catch them in the office to give my move out notice. They won’t call you back. The angry Michael is never in. You can’t have a grill period. Bugs everywhere along with warped floors. Renters Beware!!!!!!! And, it's under new horrible management
December 28, 2019Chelsea Manor Projects, formerly Meridian Ridge. The name changed just not the living conditions. I lived here for a couple of years and I can honestly say the apartment living/community is horrible. This is a RUN DOWN complex run with NO RULES!!!! There is no privacy or peace in the complex, day or night. Management has changed and they do not monitor the property. We were told we would have Security, that was a lie. Kids are everywhere without their parents. There are a group of people ...that hang out at this apartment complex (mainly buildings 9-10) that don't live here but they are here after 4 pm everyday loud, cussing, fighting and etc. Management turns their head. Oh yes, did I mention the drugs being sold in front of the apartment There is a tenant (female) who lives upstairs (with a big dog chained to the stairs) in the building across from the pool that plays her music loud with her door opened all weekend and after 10:00 p.m. Many complaints but nothing is ever done. No respect or peace for people who actually pay money to live here. We thought new management would get this place under control, it's gotten worse. Management on the premises is non-existent. The door is always locked and they don't answer. Older people, DON'T MOVE HERE!. The Management has no respect for the older community. The young people in the building where I lived fight day and night. Folks are not safe. Where is Security Management is aware of all the violations, they just don't do anything about it. The windows in most apartments have worn out blinds and people also have flags, sheets, blankets etc. at their window. Chelsea Manor also allows dogs but they don't require the owner to clean up behind the dogs, therefore there is dog poop between buildings everywhere. If they ever walked the property they would see. There is a man (bldg 9) who walks his pit bull around the complex without a leash. Also, the news media was at the complex a couple of months ago because there were maggots found in an apartment. The apartment flooded and management took their time to get the water cleaned out. I have moved out 2 months ago and I was promised my full deposit returned by upper management after all I've gone through. I still haven't gotten it and the lady in the front office just keeps lying and saying its in the mail. I now have to take it to court to get my money returned. Don’t move here
August 15, 2019This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in my life. I am not from OKC so I moved here not knowing what I was in for. The pictures are deceiving. The apartments they end up giving you are not the one in the picture. That’s just for show. The apartments are horrible, filled with mold, don’t spray for bugs and the management is horrible and doesn’t care at all. On top of that, there are teenagers here that party outside yelling and blasting music all night. Forget about the ...security they say they have because they don’t show up when called. I have only been here 3 months and there have been 3 shootings. The police are here constantly. I had the window of my car smashed. Don’t move here unless you want to live in hell. worst complex ever
June 24, 2019i moved into these apartments early 2019 and i sure do regret it. i have never seen a place with such a lack of maintenance and they are full of roaches and all the windows here are drafty and leak when it rains. the grounds are always covered in trash and the staff just lets all the unruly teenagers run a muck. also they allow pets so the ground is full of pet poo. plumbing backs up all the time almost dailey so if you have to move here i would reccomend an upstairs unit.Review from Apartments.com

June 16, 2019Don't move here! They do have a pool but it's never open. Poor customer service, trashy property, a manager that stays in the office with the door locked all the time and now to answer the phones plus everything is broken and nasty. They will lie to you and tell you anything to get you to sign a lease and when you do they will disappoint you, so unless being mugged, pistol whipped or shot is what you are looking for I would not recommend moving to Chelsea manor.Review from Apartments.com
