    I'm really surprised that a community of this size isn't more closely monitored by management, and that we don't receive regular communication besides announcements of office hours/closures and food trucks.     I do really like the idea of this building, however there are a lot of little problems like.....neighbors smoking pot on their balconies, smoking pot in apts, smoking in the park, very dirty stairwells and common areas that new residents dont really see, broken entrance doors and a lot of stories of theft from the parking garage.

    Very nice place in a prime location with good amenities. I understand that part of the marketing is to pet (i.e. dog) owners, and I realize it might be difficult to "marshal" this, but there were many dog owners in the complex that were irresponsible/inexperienced dog owners (dogs off leash, owners not cleaning up pet waste, etc.), and that diminished my living experience.
