Apartments aren’t *Smoke free *
August 14, 2024Maintenance workers smoke cigarettes while making repairs to the apartments. This isn’t a clean from smoke free apartments at all !! Maintenance workers are very messy and dirty while making repairs to the apartments . They leave a mess all the time. Also never fix the problems right you need to be requesting every week until they fix problems.Review from Apartments.com
My slice of nature in the city
September 19, 2023When I think of the word community, Colonial Garden Apartments comes to mind. The redwoods trees are a reminder that I’m not in a complete concrete jungle. That said, I love being so close to shops and restaurants in town. It’s truly a one of a kind community. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment, to move to Colonial Garden!Review from Apartments.com
Under new owners
August 29, 2023Wouldn’t advise anyone to move in here! I was a tenant for 2 years and they randomly gave me a 60 day to vacate so they could “remodel” my already remodeled apartment. Dumpsters are always full, there’s no on site manager. Luckily they do fix things pretty fast but that’s about the only good thing they do.Review from Apartments.com

May 15, 20181bd/1bth apartment is so spacious. the downstairs unit has the best patio space. we also have a storage unit included that houses a washer/dryer. truly a great price for quality of life and space.Review from Apartments.com
