Wonderful Brooklyn Home
August 27, 2020We have lived in one of the private duplex units at Common - 595 Baltic St for nearly 3 years and have absolutely loved our home here. We are relocating due to a job opportunity, otherwise we would stay indefinitely! The building is clean and modern yet cozy and warm. The amenities are wonderful for the area - including elevator, package acceptance/storage, full gym, furnished roof top w/grill and two common areas great to hang out in or work. All of which we have used and loved often. With ...that, the greatest part of living here has been the people! David and Paul go above and beyond keeping the building beautiful and in tip-top shape and are so eager and helpful when you have anything maintenance related. And they never keep you waiting! And Connie - Connie is a ray of sunshine every day! She greets everyone with a warm and happy exuberance and really just makes this place feel like home. Common also does loads to help everyone meet and interact with their neighbors, tons of events (pre-Covid) and a dedicated app to interact with others in the building. You're welcome to keep to yourself, but if you want to meet and socialize with your neighbors, Common is the place to live! We have really loved living at Common Baltic and would recommend the place for anyone looking for a great place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
