STEER CLEAR!!!
January 25, 2023The suite is nice enough. BUT, the property management company does not care about the conditions or complaints from the tenants. The included "cleaning" service is fair at best. There has been a rat problem for months and Commons has sent someone over but not fixed the problem. Even after repeated complaints that the rat problem has not been fixed, management continues to ignore the problem. The refrigerator has not had a door for a month (it broke) and the management company is in no hurry to ...fix it. There has been no compensation for lost food or having to eat out everyday. And to make matters worse, when roommates have called about the problems, the management company has laughed at them. So, if that's what you want to pay for go ahead and sign a lease. And, by the way, they require a credit card to charge your monthly rent to, so there's little to no recourse when repairs aren't made.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
