poor communication
September 14, 2018my window has been leaking for almost a year and now the carpet has mildew and they still have not addressed the issue. I will not be renewing my lease and they take forever to tend to maintenance issues.Review from Apartments.com
Best leasing agent EVER!
September 28, 2015I would really like to nominate my buildings leasing office manager for some type of award. She is understaffed in and overworked, covering two buildings alone. She is very pleasant and helped me great deal from the very first day I met her. The building is in pretty decent shape and the maintenance man is prompt and control as well. Overall, I rate the building and staff very high, especially Mrs Sellars, she is a wonderful, helpful woman who does everything in her powe to help her tenants!Review from Apartments.com
need a new home
August 29, 2015very rude, been living here for only a couple of months and I'm looking for a new place to stay. lack of communication from management to tenants . need to be more professionalReview from Apartments.com
HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
July 21, 2015I chose this building because it was the perfect proximity to walk to the metro, access the great restaurants downtown and not have to deal with the congestion of downtown. but the common areas are horribly maintained (Ive been greeted by dead bugs and filth in the laundry room) Management and maintenance is incredibly rude. The service elevator has been broken for almost six months with no regard to residents who can't use the stairs (handicapped) and no ETA on when the repairs will be ...completed. Rude, harrassing notices are sent excessively, necessary repair requests are often ignored , and maintenance staff is disrespectful and unprofessional when they do come out, going as far as to be caught sleeping in folks apartments when tenants are not home, or requesting food from tenants while they are in the unit for routine maintenance! The owner has been contacted by several tenants about many of these issues and refuse to resolve them, at times ignoring tenant correspondence. Customer service and professionalism is definitely not a concern for this property owner. There's no central air, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal and no common area other than the laundry area. the halls are unkept and often filthy, lobby areas unkept and the elevator's access panel, while it was operational, was a dumping ground for cigar innards and other fire hazards that are never attended too. The price has steadily risen over the years but the owner has done nothing to update and improve building or the staff, using subpar materials in patch repairs and employing staff that don't have the least bit of interest in interacting with the general public in a professional and upstanding way. Bottom line, the turn over in this building is high because good tenants don't stay long due to the myriad of issues that current management contributes. I would never recommend anyone live here and will be moving out myself the minute my lease is up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
