    This community should not be considered or priced as "Luxury". It was remodeled from an older community and proper care was not taken to ensure that the units are sound-proof, well-lit, and with properly functioning fixtures like toilets and lighting. The maintenance team is attentive and helpful; however they are limited in their ability to fix the issues resulting from poor construction. The quality of the units does not reflect the high rental rates.

    Nice apartments aesthetically speaking but they’re strict about certain things. No smoking on property or in units. So many rules for such high rent. Maintenance is quick to make repairs. Plenty of parking
