    Front desk is kind and attentive but building management is poor to nonexistent. Features and fixtures are non usable like gated doors and constant fire alarms. For the cost you would expect much more.

    I’ve been here a month and I am enjoying my new home. The appliances are new and gorgeous and everything works well. The tiny maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed quickly and well. The floor I’m on is very quiet in regards to neighbors.     Cortland Congress Park is in a fabulous location and the newly remodeled apartment homes are absolutely beautiful and comfortable! The staff is kind, professional and helpful! Maintenance requests are promptly attended to and skillfully completed! This property is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment! The amenities are wonderful including a lovely pool and lounge area!

    No-frills apartment complex with clean and well-designed units, in a really safe and fun neighborhood. Tenants are quiet and the maintenance staff is responsive especially since the new management took over and added security to the facility. Thanks for a great near-downtown living experience!
