Very pleased
May 14, 2024I’ve been here a month and I am enjoying my new home. The appliances are new and gorgeous and everything works well. The tiny maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed quickly and well. The floor I’m on is very quiet in regards to neighbors. The one thing I’d love to be different is a lack of stairs in the hallways - it makes getting more than one or two grocery bags in and out from the parking garage really hard (or two elevator trips and lots of walking). Aside from that, the location is ...amazing, the interior design is beautiful, and the office staff helpful and friendly.Property Manager Responded

I love my apartment home!
February 25, 2024Cortland Congress Park is in a fabulous location and the newly remodeled apartment homes are absolutely beautiful and comfortable! The staff is kind, professional and helpful! Maintenance requests are promptly attended to and skillfully completed! This property is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment! Tenants are quiet and the maintenance staff is responsive especially since the new management took over and added security to the facility.
