Courteous neighbors, clean surroundings,reliable trash disposal and most important superb location, health care,restaurants,clothing,schools, all literally in walking distance in some instances you don't even have to get on the main roadway also 5mins from the 540 west. November 11, 2024This apartment complex has really gone downhill from when we moved in five years ago. The breezeways are filthy and never get blown. There are roaches and a pest control service that doesn’t exist. The pool gates are always locked on the weekends, and the office is only open four days a week. November 11, 2024I have lived in Cortland Falls twice now, due to moving to another state and back again, and I have loved it here! Love the layout of my apartment, a two bedroom, and how it was updated from the last time I lived here. I love the teams respond quickly when needed and they go the ectra mile, providing community based "events and services" especially the food truck visits! Very nice staff and accomodating
August 29, 2024I have toured these apartments a few times. I am very indecisive so I have to see stuff more than once. I really enjoyed every tour and the staff was very nice each time, I toured twice with Ms. Karen and she was so sweet and helpful!
