April 8, 2024The community is nice but you don’t get a lot of space for what you pay. If you invest in some vertical space, you’ll be just fine! The view of the mountains is really nice and the area is close to lots of stores and restaurants. The office staff is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need. People do speed through here, so watch out! Maintenance requests are very easy to put in online but depending on the urgency, they won’t get to you for a little while.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024Fairly nice apartment but price is high for the amount of space that you get. The trash valet is great but they don’t pick up every night. The gyms are okay but constantly out of wipes to clean down machines. When I moved in, I surprised at the cleanliness of the washer and dryers in the apartment. October 13, 2023This apartment complex is not recommended. Running water is a scarce resource here. I experience 2-4 days per week where no running water is available. Apartment management staff does not seem interested in fixing the issue.Property Manager Responded
