  • Wish I never renewed my lease

    When I first moved here it was very nice. From the office managers to the maintenance folks, to the cleanliness of the grounds, to the enforcement of the property rules. Sad to say, that is no longer the case. The management staff changes constantly, trash is rarely picked up which results in piles of garbage at the dumpsters, noise issues after hours are a constant problem, the management team does absolutely nothing when you reach out to them to enforce the rules THEY OUTLINED IN THE LEASE, ...
    pools and gates are always down and in need of repair, and the list goes on and on. There are so many other apartment developments going up in and around the same area, certainly there are better options than this. It is sad because this place WAS great a few years ago and has so much potential but it’s really gone down hill. BUT, if you live like a slob, are noisy, have an out of control pet, want to pay more than what your place is worth, and have walls made of paper so you can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors, this is the place for you!!!

  • Incompetent management - always broken elevators

    August 8, 2021
    The building is in disarray and management is incompetent. Dirty common areas, pool and hallways. Elevators a inoperative 50%+ of the time. When asked, management simply could care less. After 3 months you will be counting the days to the lease is up. Do not let the sales pitch fool you. There are so many more well run and professional buildings in the area. Please think twice before considering this place. Ask any resident when you visit, they will tell you the truth.

  • Rent at your own risk!!!

    RUN RUN RUN away from this apartment building. Unless: 1. You like walking upstairs or waiting for the only elevator that works or don’t mind spending 15-20 minutes each day waiting for an over crowded elevator. (ownership doesn’t care and simply ignores concerns) 2. Don’t mind dirty common areas - footprints on the walls and elevator buttons, unclean floors and rugs 3. Don’t care about having someone at the front desk, despite being sold on 24 hour concierge 4. Don’t mind lax security and ...
    random people walking around at all hours I could go on but rent here at your own risk. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. I promise, if you rent here you will regret it quickly..

  • Amazing Apartment, Poor Management

    I lived at this apartment building for 13 months. The amenities and apartment units at this property are amazing. However, my rating reflects the management at the property. Unfortunately, the tower was designed with only two elevators, including the elevator used for moving. We were only rarely informed when elevator reservations were made, and waits for the elevator could take a long time. Fairly often, as well, one of the elevators was not working and required maintenance. One time, even, both ...
    elevators were not working, which was very concerning. Twice I had packages delivered to the building that were lost by the front desk and I never received. When I asked what happened, I was told “It happens sometimes.” There was one time I was given a package for someone else’s unit and I had to return it to the front desk. Upon moving out, I received a very large bill for repairs that were not reasonable, even after I was told they were not going to nickel and dime a tenant. Upon speaking with the management, they noted how expensive their vendors are. This tells me that, since they are the ones selecting the servicer, they obviously have no motivation to keep the cost down, because they’re just passing the cost onto someone who is no longer a customer with them. While I loved the apartment, I would not recommend moving here for the reasons listed above.
