Awesome move in experience
February 20, 2024Moving into a new apartment can be a daunting task, filled with uncertainties and stress. However, my experience with Cortland at Mallard creek has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I set foot in the door, I knew I had made the right choice. The leasing process was a breeze, Shatarra and all other staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. The maintenance is currently taking care of minor issues that I had observed in the apartment and they’re doing a great job. ...The amenities provided are also top notch. Terrible
November 6, 2023Had leaks in my ceiling for days due to renovations upstairs. I was given a bucket and told to deal with it. Had issues with mice and a broken hot water heater. All issues were not dealt with until weeks after. Multiple instances of office employees telling me one thing then later going back on it since it was not given in writing.
