My husband and I have lived here at Cortland for almost 4 years now. We still enjoy it and call it home. With a park across the street and a close drive to diffeerent stores, it is a really good.location. The Community is always maintained and well kept.

We really enjoy living at Cortland Powell. Customer service is great. The front office assistance is top notch. Service team always does a great job. We are very well informed about what is going on in the community.

I've lived here for 2 years and I could not be happier. Cortland is the most beautiful, clean, close to stores and the most important to me is the security is excellent and the staff & maintenance employees are all so personable & hard working!!!! Moving here was the best thing I ever did!! Also, the amenities are fabulous!!!
