    Make sure you are asking for every charge that will be applied to the rent and for it to be itemized before renting. If you're good on the price then by all means rent here. It's calm, friendly, and great location.

    We love living at Cortland Preston North. The entire Cortland team is very professional and always helpful.     Cortland Preston North is a great apartment complex, with only one major issue: the leasing office is in desperate need of a major remodelling. The location is perfect (super close to both Prosper shopping center), the prices are reasonable, and there's no crime here, but the leasing office looks like it's from 1990.

    Cortland Preston North team is great not only the front office but the maintenance team as well. We really enjoy living here, because everyone is always friendly and helpful. The community is always very well kept. We love walking around the community on our daily walks and if the maintenance team see us, they are all so friendly and speak or wave.

    We have been with Cortland since 2015 and have enjoyed being part of a Cortland community. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and always very helpful and friendly. The complex is always well maintained along with the grounds. We enjoy the saltwater swimming pool along with the workout room.

    Beautiful and well maintained apartments. You’re closer to Prosper and McKinney than Frisco center city. So you’ll have to go far to use town amenities like the Frisco public library. Other than that a good location and good apartments.
