Cortland on Orange is a beautiful property!

I recently stopped into Cortland on Orange just to get some information as I’m unsure if I’m moving just yet. The entire leasing office was extremely pleasant and I had to compliment them on the smell and aesthetics. Pricing was a little higher than I would like at this time but if anything changes they would definitely be my top option.

Amazing property & Staff

This property has everything you need. You cannot beat the rooftop view of the downtown skyline. The pool and amenities are definitely top tier. This is the place to be right on the out skirts of downtown and not is the madness of downtown Orlando.

Leasing Staff

I recently toured again and this staff was nothing but amazing. My daughter an I came in as a walk in because I wanted her to give me her opinion on the property, and even though everyone was busy Nakita made us feel welcome and had me take a seat and told me she’d be right with me after her tour. Im glad we waited! She was so kind and welcoming it felt like chatting with an old friend. She asked questions to help in finding our right unit for our needs and made sure to include my daughter. Excellent Service and Facilities at a New Home

I have been residing in this property for approximately four months and I am very satisfied with the quality of service and facilities. The maintenance and leasing staff have been exceptional, especially Juan from the maintenance team who has promptly addressed any issues that I encountered.
