I enjoy living here
February 12, 2024This place really is pretty quiet and close to a lot of areas so commutes are short.Property Manager Responded

Way too expensive for the state of disrepair its in
September 23, 2023Way too expensive for what it is. They don’t do anything about ice in the parking lot and on the sidewalks in the winter, so its filled with massive potholes by summer (those will never be fixed either). The broken washing machines and dryers have never been fixed in the almost 3 years I’ve lived here. There’s no security or cameras, so there are people camping by the mail boxes and dumpsters at night, dumpster divers, and they’ll break into your car and steal anything they can reach on your ...balcony. The no smoking rule is only enforced via mildly worded emails to all residents. You can never get anyone on the phone and their office hours are constantly changing, so good luck talking to anyone about these issues. Only good-ish thing is that the walls are thick enough that you can’t hear your neighbors much (but you can always smell them). EDIT: Forgot to mention the weekly gunshots in the middle of the night.Property Manager Responded
October 27, 2023Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. It is our loyal residents that help us grow and become a better community. We apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously missed, we would certainly take the time to address. Any people in the community that are not residents that you witness throwing trash from a dumpster or breaking into cars is a matter for the police. Residents that you see smoking please report to our Community Manager with at least their apartment number and they will get a letter and fine. I will address your concerns that you expressed in this review with the collaboration of my leadership team. Potholes and ice and snow concerns can be submitted as a service order by any resident. If you have further concerns or questions please reach out to our Community Manager or to ICanHelp@AIrCommunitis.com. -Susan

Excessive Fees Charged
August 30, 2017Beware that AIMCO charges a $125 flat late fee no mater the balance of the rent owed. In our case with one stub period week remaining in the lease ending 8/7 they charges a late fee of 37% on the balance of the rent owed. This comes after paying 51 of the 52 weeks rent on time. insulting. The worse part is that know matter who you speak with at the complex or at Corporate, they recite the same line that the lease says it is due, so it is due, no matter that teh fee originally was ...contemplated to apply to a full month rent, not one weeks rent - the last week of the lease. No one at the apartment is empowered to make subjective judgements. and no one at Corporate has the spine to consider that someone at the property suggested that the last week of rent owed be paid after the final inspection and other charges were do, which lead to the late fee in the first place. stay away. not a friendly place to rent from.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do Not Live at Creekside Apartments
June 26, 2017Creekside Apartments has no regard for their residents. I had an electrical fire in my unit and was told to not be concerned because this "isn't an issue." When I asked if I was the only/first resident to have this issue, the maintenance manager said I was the 4th resident who had a fire. No community members were notified that this was a known issue. Management seemed baffled by my concerns that a fire broke out in my home. I lived at this property for 2 years and would not recommend Creekside ...Apartments to anyone. What they charge in rent is way too high for the quality, or lack there of, of the grounds and units. The fact that there was a fire in my home and it was brushed off like I was being dramatic makes Creekside Apartments a place where no one should live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Price= good, Location=great, Leasing Office= brutal
April 5, 2017There are many equivalent apartments in very close distance to Creekside. Price will be the same. Location will be the same. But you can find a better customer experience. They have a terrible reputation and prey on transplants who don't know better. In my short time here I have seen the leasing office turnover the manager role twice, the maintenance director role 3 times. If you do live here already, I suggest communicating with the leasing office only via email or recordable correspondence.Review from Apartments.com
Slightly overpriced for what you get, but good enough
October 6, 2015Creekside Apartments has followed the rising rental trend in Denver. For a little more than $1,000 a month, you get a 1 br that's big enough to breathe and move around in, and have a couple of people over. The furnishings and design of the apartment are a bit dated, although management does a good job of defying age by adding hardwood floors, cleaning carpets, etc. I value cleanliness and management/maintenance responsiveness, and in that respect Creekside succeeds.Review from Apartments.com
Little Forest in the City at Creekside Apartment Homes
September 17, 20152 yrs ago, a Puffin was sitting down at the creek, glad I did not miss this NATGEO moment on my walk hm from Target! Yrs ago, early AM, on my way to work, under lg tree branches, I saw lots of legs running twd me, what I thought were early morning joggers-were a herd of Deer! You ask, where does this person live? Creekside Apartment Homes in Glendale/Denver, CO. On call 24 hour maintenance and my understanding, at least one of the Team lives on site with Laundry rms, workout room, pool table ...& visiting family and friends love the pool-all on site. If you take the time to get to know your surroundings and meet the Team, you may find a welcoming place to settle down. I have been able to call Creekside my home for years. We sign the Good Neighbor Commitment addendum, so that means We are responsible for our complex as much as the Creekside Office Team. The yr we had the over whelming spring snowstorm; we, the neighbors, came out to check out what the storm did and we helped each other dig our vehicles out of the snow. The state/city plows had yet to reach our area, so noone was getting in or out. Here at Creekside, we schedule online and you set a time frame and can request to be present while the work is completed. If you don't have PC access, this may seem a bit of a hassle, but you can go into the office for assistance. For those of you with pets, this is a pet friendly complex for sure. Actually, it change from little doggies to very large dogs being allowed. Pick up, clean up and keep your pet's food in sealed, airtight containers-it deters unwanted critters. The Maintenance Staff can be seen blowing leaves or other debris away from the entry ways and patios. Seriously, if you want to live in a "touch of the Forest" in the middle of the city, come call Creekside Apartments home! It sure beats the pricey, Hotel style high-rise complexes emerging that block our view of the front range. Sadly, a complex nearby had a fire, residents had to jump from the windows, no other reported exit but through the blazing fire. At Creekside, you have more than 1 way out to get free! Report any and all problems no matter how small they may seem to you! Especially dripping faucets or leaks-most likely impacting the APT below or next to you. Please don't feed the wildlife roaming in the area, these are not pets. If you have issues with electricity, call Xcel. If you have an emergency, call 911! Rest in peace Michelle H? Old, outdated and falling apart
September 17, 2015These apartments are not a wow factor in the slightest. They are very old and outdated and don't have any upgrades in them. The only upgrade you will get is new wood like flooring. The grounds are not the greatest, there is always water that gathers all over the sidewalks and just makes big puddles because of the foundation of the sidewalks is so old. It has sunk in many areas and just creates a mess when it snows it melts and just gathers in the same area and never fully melts in the winter. ...Getting to your apartment can be difficult at times with the water, ice and snow. The maintenance team is not the quickest in getting to your issues in your apartment. The pool area is fair. The pool is not the cleanest and always cold. It works if you just want to sit there in the sun. The workout room is bad, there are 2 treadmills and an elliptical that doesn't work ever. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

feel right at home
August 13, 2015Creekside apartment homes are the best, you can call them home sweet home, the staff in the office and great and friendly and alwasy willing to help you with anything. When I put a service request in, the service team is so great on letting me know they will be out there to take care of it and the best part is they get the work done. And on top of being a great community, they have the best prices for rent. They are pet friendly! Creekside is a queit and friendly community! Creekside is in the ...middle of everything you are looking for. For example schools are walking distance if you have children. shopping center is close by and you have all the resturants you can choose from. I love to run and work out, so I love that it has the cherry creek trail. My kids love going to the Infinity park that is walking distance from Creekside. Creekside is not only a place I live at, its my home sweet home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
