Homeless Issues
October 13, 2024It’s a beautiful and new property, but there is a homeless issue. I would feel safer living at the apartment complex if all the doors closed properly. Cops are here at least once a week trying to get rid of homeless people in the pool or inside the apartment complex. No one living in the apartment complex that is a female renews their lease because it isn’t safe. It’s close to the ER Hospital and Firestation, you’re going to hear sirens all day and all night.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2023Really beautiful property; it's brand new so everything works and is in great shape. The unit itself is well-constructed and I like having a gym and yoga room in the building. There are some issues to be ironed out, like with the garage gate and parcel pickup, but I feel the staff is on top of it. Something I didn't anticipate is the garage is bizarrely cramped--it gets really noticeable toward the top floors where there are more cars. The amenities are beautiful as well and so far it seems the management staff does a great job creating community events.
