Lazy Management, Poor Conditions
November 5, 2024I have lived in this apartment for over 8 months, and we have experienced multiple leaks that have caused damage to our mattresses, furniture, and sheets. These problems have been relayed to mgmt multiple times over the past several months, to no reply. Every night that it rains, water floods into the apartment from across the ceilings all over the apartment. Multiple messages with pictures have been provided, with no response. This is not an isolated incident, as multiple neighbors have ...experienced the same problem, with no action from management. This has led to mold, flooding, and drywall falling onto our beds. In addition, the gates only work for a few days at a time before mysteriously breaking, either being closed all day or open for weeks on end. As long as you happen to be one of the lucky few with absolutely no problems ever with your apartment, I would not count on management taking action and having your back. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.Property Manager Responded

November 12, 2024Love seeing security at night and very quiet and peaceful complex! Only thing I have notice is not all of my trash is completely taken out. The bottom keeps being left behind, not sure why.Property Manager Responded
