Difficult Management and Maintenance
May 15, 2023I lived here while finishing graduate school and it was difficult to get a response from management and maintenance. They went through 3 different maintenance people during my time here, and management was rude about different issues. Neighbors were always loud and there were constant parties. Additionally, there are not enough parking spaces for tenants and the spots are often taken by guests.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015Great place to live if you attend any of the local colleges in Winston-Salem. Quiet, safe neighborhood, salt water pool and a 24 hour gym. What more could you ask for?Review from Apartments.com
