Unbeatable location
December 16, 2024Within walking distance of everything you need, without having to deal with all of the headaches that you would have by living in Bricktown. You can literally walk across the bridge and be right in the heart of the city. They also just renovated the clubhouse and added a whole new office space to use. Freaking fabulous
July 26, 2024I have lived here for 5 years and have soon the ugly, the bad, and now the good! After reopening the office from being remodeled it is gorgeous! They have ping pong table, shuffle board, a coffee machine, new gym equipment (including a rowing machine!).THEN they have added a business space upstairs for hanging out or working with separate offices for conferences, or a private one. All of this is 24/7 access. The team in the office is amazing! Celeste is very sweet and always seems genuinely ...happy to see me. She also remembers my dog's name and makes it a point to ask about things we talked about during our last interaction. They have also added a pet spa which is super cute. I had seriously considered moving a couple years ago when the office never seemed to be open and things were not improving but now I'm looking into transferring to one of the renovated apartments. Everyone I talked to was so nice, professional, and always had a helpful answer. Even if they didn’t have an answer right away, they made a point to reach back out to us with the information. February 25, 2022My experience was superb - I really appreciated how David gave me specific prices and options without making me feel awkward about talking about money etc. He was very upfront about all the options and talked me through what was the best deal and option. I really liked that he let me see multiple layouts, and it was obvious that people around the grounds knew him and liked him. That was a big selling point - not every apartment manager is well liked! February 10, 2022I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex to others. The amenities and the apartment themselves are wonderful. However, the most impressive is the staff/employees. David went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me resolve an issue when I first moved in and he did so very quickly. A maintenance employee also helped me resolve an air conditioning issue when I moved in - he not only fixed the problem but took the time to explain the problem and how to avoid/fix it in the future.
